Welcome to Reel Imagination Photography, I’m Dane the owner/photographer. I’m a dad, a photographer and a northern beaches local and for many years I’ve specialised in photographing portraits, weddings and events. I absolutely love photography, everything about it.

I’ve been lucky enough to work with so many beautiful people from all over the world, it’s truly a privilege to spend time with couples and clients and photograph them naturally in a way they don’t feel uncomfortable, and where they’re relaxed, authentic and genuinely themselves. I genuinely care about you having an amazing experience with me, and walking away with many-many memories that you can look back on lovingly for the rest of your life, and knowing you made the right choice trusting me with your wedding or portrait photography.

Some feedback I hear many times from couples is they feel overwhelmed when choosing their wedding photographer. There’s so many to chose from and how do you know where to start? Like any investment I completely understand this, I feel the same way when choosing a new service provider also, whether it be electricity, plumbers, and more.

What I want more than anything when choosing a service is the space and time to make my decision, to not be bombarded with open questions or sales tactics to ‘lure’ me in and leave a bitter taste on the experience.
